Social Capital On The Impact Of The Industrial Clusters Of Technological Learning

To make development continue, it is necessary to upgrade our country's industry cluster and avoid lock in given technology. Because of this, it is meaningful to explore social capital's impact on technology learning.First, I study a few factors impact on cluster's knowledge flows. On this basis, I study cluster's learning mechanism and bring forward two learning pattern, they are useful to the upgrade of cluster's technology.Second, I study social capital's definition and social capital's impact on technology learning. The study shows that social capital is very abundant in region level and social capital is valuable in technology learning, It can prompt enterprise's technology learning though various way and It have a few benefit effects on cluster's technology diffuse. Because of this, industry clusters technology ability and compete ability are improved.Last, this paper saw about social capital's impact on technology learning in Zhenping's jade caving industry cluster. It is indicated that social capital influence technology learning, especially in cluster's most important learning channel. Generally speaking, social capital is benefit to technology learning.
