| With the development of communications and information technology, there is brewing a great change in the global mobile market. Almost all countries are focus on the added-value operation of mobile because of it's special energy and advantage. The business mode of Monternet is one of the successful ones undoubtedly in the domestic market. It also takes internal net becoming resuscitating and growing up, and other corrective industries developing because of the development about the added-value operation.In this paper, firstly, we reviewed the basic theory of business model and Industrial value chain. Secondly, we compared the business models of internal and external added-value operation, and we got the experience about the business models. Thirdly, we analyzed the condition and model of China Mobile's added-value operation, and found the advantages and disadvantages, and also provided a new model, named flexible sharing model, which help to administer the win-win mechanism normatively. Lastly, we analyzed the change of actors as a merchant in the 3G's times, and trends of various models for win-win. China Mobile should consolidate copartners'relationship as the leader of the business model, and need to consolidate further the partnership on terminal joint and multi-industries, and need to provide rich and colorful and personal services. |
