The Path Of The Chongqing Car And Motorcycle Companies International Operations

The automobile and motor industry is an important supporting industry of Chongqing, and also catches too much concern in its internationalization. Studying the internationalization path of Chongqing automobile and motor industry and its characteristics in different stage, analyzing the current stage those enterprises might be, can give some reference to those who are engaged in internationalization.This paper has analyzed the characteristics, the current internationalization situation, the impetus and conditions for internationalization of Chongqing automobile and motor industry, and constructs two different paths towards internationalization. One is to gradually impel the internationalization by dynamically transform the enterprise's capability based on the interaction of inward and outward internationalization; The other path is to innovate by imitating, open the less development countries'market by using comparative advantage and then boost its research capability through internationalization. The characteristic and main problems of each stage of these two paths are also discussed in this paper. Finally, the paper gives some suggestion on the implementation of internationalization and compared the internationalization of Changan and Lifan group.
