In the trivial of Yantz River, there is so many airports that the market of air transportation meet sincere competence. The change of air policy brought deep infulence for the market and its operation model. For the future of air transportation, the development methods and thoughts of Ningbo airport was discussed.Nowadays, China keep the stable step for the economical development, so the air transportation make progress in this years. As a consequence, the continually fast step urge the development of airport of Ningbo. As an important output-economical city, a great number of traveller, commercial agent communicate with their customers via air transportation, so the demand urge the development of Ningbo airport. Compared with some other airport, there are some disadvantage in Ningbo airport, succh as the small scale, the unsuitable facilities, the mono operation method and the unfulfulled information system.To deepen our analysis for Ningbo airport, here we applied quantitive analysis method for the prediction of throughput in airport. Here the time-series prediction model and influencial factor prediction model were combined in the research. The prediction square plus was applied as measure of precision. The mail throughput and guest throughput were predicted with this method.Base on the quantive and qualitative analysis, we found we should supply the develop strategy and plan according to the position of Ningbo airport. From the postion we could conclude the aim and processes of the developing. In the thesis, some main trendencies were applied in the planning, such as the logistics garden, the information system of airport, the commercial development for the airport. All of this supply new method for the development of Ningbo airport.
