| The world economy is developed rapidly, and the modern logistics as an advanced industrial organization and economic management activities is extending among the worldwide. In China, the logistics developed on the basis of the modern logistics industry under the traditional planned economy system materials planning distribution and transport system as a new industry. In the "Tenth Five-Year Plan", the Civil Aviation Administration had a clear positive development policy for the freight, to strengthen the work of the organization of freight, to take full advantage of the tonnage of the cargo bay of the existing aircraft, and appropriately increase the cargo plane. But in China the airport logistics industry is still at the stage of development, and there is a certain blindness and randomness for the construction and development process of the logistics park. Airport logistics park layout is conducive to circumvent the risk of construction of the park, to rational allocate resources, and helpful to point out the direction for healthy and sustainable development of the park.This paper analyzed the layout mode of the more popular of the four functional areas by combined the layout of the park at home and abroad and the International developed countries and several major cities in the development of the airport logistics park construction. Predict the future of Dalian airport logistics cargo through the current development of the Dalian airport logistics, and predicted the scale of construction of the Dalian airport logistics park. And then, the paper studied the park programs to determine the arrangement of the overall layout, process design, functional layout and industrial space, based on the Dalian airport logistics park layout program. Finally some suggestions were proposed on how to further improve and develop the park construction of airport logistics in Dalian. |
