Improve The Logistics A Competitive Advantage In China's Chain Retail Enterprises

With the development of market economy system, there are appeared more and more kinds of domestics retailed enterprises. Customers love to go to chain retailed enterprises for the low price and convenience.In the economics' view, the chain store's essence is to integrate the modem industry method and large scale management method together, through methods of "unified, professionalized, standardized", implement standard service and scientific management, thus it can achieve the goal of whole scale business operating ability and corresponding operating ability and large scale operating benefit. In the international market, chain store operating method has been used as a kind of enterprise organization; it has been a main stream of product retail developing direction. The chain retail enterprises began to develop in China in 1990's, many domestic business company began to develop method of this kind of operating and achievement, but now still have many problems. After China's entering into WTO, our retailing market was more widely opened to the world, our own domestic chain retail enterprises' operators will compete with the foreign operators directly, and these foreign operators are of advanced management, giant capital and experience. How to develop the chain retailed enterprises' method of our own is a very important meaning for us all.This paper firstly introduce the meaning of distribution, distribution mode and the features of our chain retail enterprises from the side of logistics. Secondly the writer of the present thesis hopes to make an attempt to explain the problem by analyzing the management of chain retail enterprises by using value chain as a means of analysis and by using competitive strategy as a means of theory and found the key factor——logistics distribution. Through the above analysis, the disadvantages and improved way were found.In this article, we use the Genetic Algorithms to solve the problem of optimal path of merchandize distribution and realize it in the computer with Language C. Users only need to input some basic data and will get the best way to distribution. So it is very easy to use. At the end of this article, we use the data of Red Flagenterprises and prove the correctness of this program.
