| Since the reform and open policy, Chinese dairy industry has developed so fast that both the production and sales of dairy products increase dramatically, thus the dairy industry has become sunrise industry in food processing industry. After the'melamine-contaminated milk power'incident, the demand of turning'drinking milk'to'drinking safe milk'has dominated the dairy market, besides safe, environment friendly and high quality dairy products have become consumers'favorite. The dairy products distribution centers locate in the middle position of the whole supply chain, and they're the most crucial link between dairy enterprise and consumers. Therefore, the optimal location can guarantee low cost, high efficient and good quality dairy distribution, and they also have important meaning to improve dairy logistics integrated effectiveness, optimize resources allocation and promote the related industries. However, the research of distribution centers in our country is still in the beginning phase, and the research on distribution centers location selection of dairy products is only on the initial stage. How to scientifically plan the quantity and place of dairy products distribution centers systemically, considering factors such as perishable characteristic, total distribution cost and client satisfaction degree will directly influence future development of dairy logistics.Firstly, the dissertation introduces the basic structure of dairy supply chain from three aspects: raw milk supply, dairy products processing and final dairy distribution, besides that it also introduces the characteristics of dairy products supply chain and difficulties and challenges in terms of supply chain management. Secondly, it deeply analyzes the decision-making targets, influencing factors and common process about dairy products distribution centers location selection. On the basis of the contents above, the article mainly sets up three kinds of location selection models about perishable dairy products distribution centers based on two-stage distribution, and except for the total distribution cost contained in objective function, the dissertation specifically sets cargo damage cost into the models, considering high timeliness characteristic of the easily decayed dairy products. Finally, after comparison of some arithmetic, the article chooses Genetic Algorithms (GA) to calculate the models and implements it in VC.NET, in order to validate the models and the arithmetic, it especially selects the distribution centers location selection problem of Mengniu Dairy Group in Beijing district as the example for modeling. The dissertation combines theoretical research and empirical analysis together, it synthetically uses the research tools such as mathematical models, Genetic Algorithms, C programming language and Google Earth application software, which are the main reference of dairy products distribution centers location selection and for dairy enterprise to make overall plan and reasonable decision, it can also provide important theoretical reference and practical method for developing dairy logistics. |
