Farmers' Investment Behavior Analysis

Along with the deepening of China's reform and opening up, how to raise the income of peasants and effective solution to the three dimensional rural issues has a more important significance. From the perspective of rural households, in the broaden meaning of the investment, we consider the investment behavior as the principal means and tools of increasing the fanners' income. This paper applies normative and empirical method, combining the scientific analysis of economics with the policy recommendations of the actual requirements. This article made reference to the past. Based on the views and recommendations of farmers' investment behavior and the changes of the investment trend since the reform and opening up, we divide the act of rural households into four categories: investment in agriculture, other industrial investment, investment in human capital and children's education investment. The significance of this method is that we can deal with the separate direction of farmers' investment, and each investment with several other types of investment information and reference, which can accurately see the existing problems in the farmers' investment behavior and the urgent need to improve it. Based on the proposed structure of rural households, we divided Farmers' investment behavior into four categories to emphasize the farmers' need to improve the efficiency of the investment, and in the process what the Government should do about it. Finally, combining the full text analysis, the corresponding policy recommendations are given, so as to effectively enhance the investment returns of farmers.
