Economic growth and income distribution are two of the major subjects in international economic studies. International economic experience shows that growth is always relative with income distribution. The difference of economic growth results in the income's imparity. Meanwhile, the income distribution disparity also affects economic growth. China has achieved high economic growth during the past thirty years after Economic Reforms and inequality increases at the same time. Therefore the studies on the relationship between distribution and growth of China are very important and deserve researched deeply.This article collects, reorganizes the recent years domestic and foreign related division of income disparity main literature, summarizes data characteristic, research technique and findings, which the predecessor research institute, used. Research technique unify which using the theory and the real diagnosis, to the present China inhabitant's division of income disparity from national, the city and countryside, local, the countryside interior, the cities internal and so on multi-level, the entire aspect carries on the measure and the analysis, With concrete digital showing at present our country inhabitant division of income disparity present situation and the change tendency. Discusses the mechanism between inequality and growth and analyzed inhabitant division of income disparity's influence on economic growth.The article's conclusions includes that proper inhabitant division of income disparity can incentives the economic growth.
