In the history of human development, nowadays people take more account of issue for coordinated and sustainable development with all aspects than ever before, based on the consensus of taking human as essential. After the CPCC propose the important idea of establishing socialist harmony society with drawing up the many countries'experiences and lessons in development, the whole society focus on income distribution disparity and social fair issues. With no question, our party and government will resolve the problem causing by too large disparity and let the fruit of reform benefit all people to realize fair and coordinated society, as the society entering the golden period of development and conflict protruding period. On the other hand, in the sense of economic theory and practice, issue of economic growth and income distribution has been one of the most importances in economic society, especially since Kuznets, a winner of Nobel Prize, derived the relation of counter-U experience of economic growth and income distribution and introduced related research. Form that time on, argues about this issue never stopped. However, a comprehensive theory system on the issue affiliating all these aspect to establish guided theory, aiming at Chan's rapid development with variety, has not been set up till now. On such background, the topic of my paper makes sense on theory and practice.since the reform and opening up to the outside world, especially in recent one or two decades, more and more people take growing attention seriously to the increasing gap among different region in China. Therefore, existing researches are evident everywhere, most of them are basically macro-analysis. Generally, researches rely on many different bases, some of them focus on the lay of economic, but some others on the resident income ;some take sort of eastern, western and central region ,but some others take province; some analyze on macro-data, but others on micro-data. Because of different perspective of theory, data, period of time, space and links, they derived many different results or demonstrated many different explanations. Unimpressively, some of them are contradictory in logic by chance. So we are needed to answer what changes various kind of region experienced in the entire cycle of economy including production, income distribution and consumption or investment, and how large the disparity is, how much on each link, for what reason, and what the extent and trend are, and so on. Knowing all these things precisely, we can understand the basic trend of region development so that realizing coordinated and sustainable development with all aspects. Just for answering all these questions, this paper, using economic accounting theory, apart from analyzing overall data of the country as a whole, focus on the real experience on economic growth and income distribution at regional level comprehensively and concretely, intend to describe the process and character of the difference of regional development and furthermore to measure the roles of some main economic factors or links. We are not allowed to illustrate these things separately but have to treat each one associated of all, according to the essence of equivalence to all three side of production, distribution and consumption or investment. Firstly, we have to conduct analysis putting each link in the entire cycle by means of inner connection of them. Secondly, because of the nature of inner coherence and validating each other if the data are reliable, we can examine data quality and find how much the error impact on economic phenomena so that incorrect result could be delete. Based on the full panel data of basic economic variables obtaining from the first economic census, paper combine production with residential income by means of regional macro-distribution as a link to verify the matching of them, which means that by checking up if the data are reliable explaining how the patterns of economic growth and income and the gap of them shaped or giving the range of the real gap of income among different region. With a overall perspective and some interacted measures, the finding reveal the connections, especially differences, between economic growth and income distribution dynamics at country level and provincial level. Then it brings forward some countermeasures for reference. The structure is as follows, including 5 parts. The part 1 is just chapter 1. It introduces the background, methods, data, sort of region and so forth; the part 2 is also chapter 2. It summarizes the main theories on economic growth and income distribution both in domestic and abroad and explains how they guide this paper directly or indirectly. Meanwhile it provides many related existing research result and give some comments on them.Part 3 includes chapter 3 and 4. Each chapter studies the time series of region, summarizing characters, measuring the difference, analyzing deciding factors and illustrating the impact extent, chapter 3 focuses on economic growth and chapter 4 on resident income.Part 4 contains chapter 5 and 6. It attempts to reveal the difference between economic growth gap and residence income disparity in chapter 5, by deriving data from above part, and then in chapter 6 explores the influence of macro-income distribution on the difference, by empirical analyzing financial policy. By means of separating different factor, we can find some active one, which may copy to other region or time of period so as to promote sustainable development. Finally, part 5 is chapter 7. Based on previous finding, it summarizes the character of economic growth, income and difference between them; generalizes related problem which should be solved; and proposes countermeasures to deal with them. The contributions of the study are mainly as follows: firstly, research idea tends to extend and to be comprehensive. Secondly, data producing in each part is newly updated and then related each other so as to avoid presentational confuse. Thirdly, the study of statistic method is conducted simultaneously to make the research more concise and reality. Fourthly, by using some computing and statistic method, it separates avoidable or controllable factors from some other reasonable one in order to establish the base of countermeasures to narrow the disparity.
