The production, consumes and export of China's clothing occupy an important position in the world. However, there is no internationalized brand in china which presents significant constriction against the status mentioned above. So in the international market, the export of Chinese clothing is main depend on completing production link (settle card or stick card production) for the international famous brand, in order to earn cheaply process fee. But the labor force's in developing country nearby cost lower than our country and have the trend to replace the Chinese hinterland base on processes.Compare to industries which content higher science and technology, such as car and electronics machine manufacturing...etc, the technique content of clothing industry is not so high, Being vogue industry which less be subjected to restriction of product technique quality, the clothing brand of our country has more reasons to stand at the same run line with the enterprise abroad.In the factor of influence development of clothing enterprise , the brand is the most important one. The brand consume, is a kind of consumption of personal mental state. For the clothing brand, how to understand the mental state of consumer better, follow the trend of their continuous change, combine the brand culture and consume culture better, refine the core culture of the brand, establish character magic power of the brand, build up powerful brand management system, that is the root of existence and development.The Chinese clothing industry still in a stage which has advantage in intensive labor force, and the main part of the clothing export with low additional value. In other words, we are working for the foreign brand, only if we implement the famous brand strategy, increase additional value of the product and carry out the change in extend from measure of to quality, then we can make the China clothing business enterprise in a beneficial position in the competition of the internationalization. Looking for the brand culture of with native content, guiding the clothing business enterprise carry on brand construction reasonably and availably. It's the key of change from amount to quality in the industrial upgrading.
