The study of the construction and implementation of the DMS project has the significance in research and application regarding the production and management of the electrical power distribution system.This paper mainly focuses on the research and analysis on the construction and the implementation technology of DMS project in Huzhou Electric Power Bureau. It introduces and elaborates on the essential technology and the practical experience to the system construction and implementation processThe first chapter elaborates on the background and significance of the topic and the research goal and the method as well.The second chapter has carried on a systematic elaboration on the challenge faced by the present power distribution management and the " bottleneck" faced by the traditional power distribution management pattern, and then drew out the systematic and constructive proposal.The third chapter briefly introduces the overall construction of the DMS project in Huzhou Electric Power Bureau.
