Research On Application Of Quota Design Based On Value Engineering Principles

The quota design method is one of the most effective methods of cost control in the design stage.At present,the quota design method has achieved some success in the practical application of Engineering in our country,but the actual utilization rate is still low,there is still a lot of room for improvement and promotion.The traditional design method can effectively limit the cost control in the reasonable scope,but can not make the project investment benefit maximization,if the principle of value engineering and combination based on the maximization of the reach the limit in the value of the project,two kinds of methods in the design field of use it will provide a new method for cost control in design stage,so as to achieve the purpose of optimization design.The research of this paper is to combine with the embedded value engineering and design limit of two theoretical methods,using the method of value engineering principle transformation of quota design,realize the reasonable matching of function and cost,to achieve the dual objective optimization design and reasonable investment.Through the data of actual engineering,material finishing,in the limit of target value of value engineering analysis function were determined before each part of the construction project of realizing the function of quantization,and then the investment quota allocation and combined with empirical data,the purpose is to make the importance assigned to the cost ratio of each part of the function and the proportion of close to the recycling quota design method of quota design,the cost function and the combination is designed to optimize.
