The stakeholders' theory believed that, the enterprises are influenced by stakeholders and influence them in reverse, to some extent. Therefore, study on the importance's orders of stakeholders and empirical classification is meaningful. On the other hand, China has an especial circumstance with more attention paid on "relationship", "social network" and "stakeholders", accordingly, studying on stakeholders in China attribute to identify the network among customers, suppliers, competitors, governments and public more effectively; furthermore, it helps the enterprises distribute the limited resources more rationally.The author conducts an empirical study on stakeholders' orders and classification with a sample in logistic and distribution industry. Face to face interview, telephone interview and questionnaire survey are the most 3 methods when collecting data. Meanwhile, the on-line investigation with computer assistance is adopted as a creative way such as immediate communication tools (QQ, MSN ect.) and the forums. Consequently, the whole investigation collects 700 pieces of questionnaire approximately.It is shows that the stakeholders older as the followings: customers, suppliers, strategy partners, administrative personals, staff, competitors, shareholders, governments, creditors, environment, experts, professional associations, medias, advertisement companies, marketing researching and planning companies, social publics, organizations, scientific research institutes, educational institutes, social activists, religious groups, with the goal of sales volume. In addition, when consider the importance of the stakeholders, they are divided into two kinds--core stakeholders and non-core stakeholders. On one hand, core stakeholders include exterior core stakeholders, exterior secondary core stakeholders, internal important core stakeholders and internal secondary core stakeholders; and on the other hand, non-core stakeholders include exterior important core stakeholders, exterior important non-core stakeholders, internal important non-core stakeholders and internal secondary non-core stakeholders. Still, when consider the practical input of the stakeholders, they are divided into two kinds--key stakeholders and non-key stakeholders which contain exterior high investment non-key stakeholders, exterior lowly investment non-key stakeholders, internal high investment non-key stakeholders and internal lowly investment non-key stakeholders.The article owns the main innovation from the following three aspects:Firstly, the empirical study bases on mass-investigations with computer assistance which is a high-tech skill;Secondly, the article uses the science the mathematical statistic method to carry on the order and classification on stakeholders instead of academic explanation and analysis;Thirdly, the article has a thorough research of fixed industry, which enhances a deeper understanding in stakeholder theory, but also reflects the real situation.
