With the realization of global market and acceleration of technological changes, due demand of customers is more and more urgent, customization demand is more and more general, market competition is more and more severe, the species of company production grow dramatically, but product batch is reducing dramatically, products increasingly complex and the life cycle of products has become shorter and shorter. Product plan of company is determined by market demand and personal demand of customers, but also adjusted by the actual capacity of manufacturing resources, inventory, and changes of the progress. The severe turbulence of market and uncertainty of product progress causes emergency orders increasingly widespread, meantime increasingly complex product design will result a significant number of Whole-set OrdersFirstly the thesis investigates factors which determine the weight of whole-set orders, and calculates the weight of whole-set orders applying analytic hierarchy process as the base of scheduling and inserting orders; Secondly the concept of Whole-set Orders and maximizing weighted whole-set orders problems in a single machine are introduced, meanwhile maximizing weighted whole-set orders problems in a single machine with setup time applying genetic algorithm is presented, which contains two situations: the workpieces in a group process together or independently ;then a maximizing weighted whole-set orders problems in parallel machines with setup time is presented , a mathematical model and a genetic algorithm are showed ;thirdly the necessity of inserting order is analyzed ,an inserting order algorithm facing whole-set order is presented on the base of common inserting order algorithm ,and a case is showed; finally A mathematics model and an algorithm are established to illustrate the problem of emergency orders inserting applying material replacement method in flow shop. The thesis is based on the state natural science fund project"The production and management system based on whole-set orders"(ID: 70572032), and discusses the scheduling and inserting algorithms based on whole-set orders. We hope the thesis can be a reference to the company with a lot of whole-set orders to product.
