Franchising Model is a very good business model for the corporations in chain catering industry, which can help the company to develop quickly. But if the design of franchising model and structure is not reasonable, it will lay hidden dangers to the brand's long-term development, which can be reflected by the development road of Franchising model in Inner Mongolia Little Sheep Catering Chain Co., Ltd, an exact example to experience from brilliance, to stagnation, till the end of decline.In this paper, the development road of'Little-sheep'is reviewed and analyzed, to seek the crux of the problems and the reasonable solution to the issues. With the comparison the franchising models between'Little-sheep'and KFC China under Yum groups, the article is demonstrating the gaps between the two companies and the necessary elements for enterprises to develop with the franchising model, in order to provide the ideas how to perfect the franchising model in'Little-sheep'and offer the effective guidance for the further development of franchising model in'Little-sheep' within China, and even to the world.
