With the competition for top performing employees heating up, organization's key-talent voluntary turnover crisis may occur at any time. Carrying the early warning management on the key-employee's voluntary turnover crisis will be helpful to formulate effective countermeasures for turnover management, reduce the probability of the key-employee's voluntary turnover crisis, and avoid or reduce the loss suffered from it.The overall mentality is seeking several of indexes and influence factors that can weigh and reflect the key-employee turnover intention on the basis of the historical and investigation material, establishing the early warning index system, using the AHP method to define index weight, calculating early warning value by gray theory, and according to the effect on key-employee turnover intention by different warning index to establish warning line, then, comparing early warning value and warning line, sending out the forecast, finding out the main warning source, in order to the department concerned will take long-term and the short-term countermeasure, and guard against and melt the risk brought by key-employee's voluntary turnover.The article is divided into six chapters. First, the introduction explains the writing background, domestic and foreign related research, research significance and approach. Second, the summary of early warning management for key-employee's voluntary turnover, including the meanings of key-employee and voluntary turnover, the characteristics, influence factors and the early warning management procedure of key-employee's voluntary turnover. The third chapter does the normative research on early warning management system design of key-employee's voluntary turnover, including the system's main function and overall mentality, the establishment of index system, the index weight determination and the early warning value computation. Fourth, the dissertation proposes the risk countermeasures and warning management strategy to enterprise for reference. The fifth chapter takes DX Corporation as an example to do the positive research. The sixth chapter contains conclusion and forecast.
