Research, Development System Based On The Entrepreneurial Spirit Of Enterprise Technology Core Competencies

Technological core competence of enterprise is the unique competence which takes shape in course of enterprise's absorbing, adopting and updating knowledge. Its strength decides the degree of technological innovation and influences the technological level of product, which finally has bearing on the growth and development of enterprise. As the decision-maker, entrepreneur's character and behavior will impose effect on the enterprise in several aspects. Regarding entrepreneurship and technological core competence as research object, the paper adopts the theory of entrepreneur, the theory of entrepreneurship as well as the theory of core competence to analyze their connotation. Then, their mutual acting mechanism is discussed and entrepreneurship-based development system of technological core competence is established.On the basis of existing literature, it argues that the connotation of entrepreneurship lies in innovation while the nature of technological core competence is a knowledge system. Through analyzing the mutual relationship, it explains the role played by entrepreneur in the process of cultivating, maintaining and upgrading technological core competence and discusses their acting mechanism in detail.It explores the essentials for the establishment of technological core competence, namely, core technology, resource, technological learning and core value. Analyzing the function of entrepreneurship to the growth of knowledge-based economy, it shows the significance of entrepreneurship in the knowledge-dominant environment and states the new requirements on the elements for establishing technological core competence.Through explaining the cycle of technological core competence and the meaning of knowledge innovation, it expounds the relationship among knowledge innovation, technological innovation and technological core competence. It holds that the accumulation of technological knowledge is a dynamic and sustained learning process while knowledge innovation is the nature of upgrading technologicalcore competence. Combining the successful experience of Haier Group, it establishes the entrepreneurship-based development system of technological core competence. On that basis, it puts forward corresponding suggestions from the perspective of government and enterprise respectively, which serves as reference for the establishment of technological core competence.
