Human resource management outsourcing is a new and more suitable for small and middle-sized enterprises, human resource management. The successful implementation of human resource management outsourcing can help enterprises reduce costs and get professional service, giving businesses a competitive advantage. However, human resource management outsourcing in China is still at an initial stage, the external environment within the enterprise coupled with the uncertainty of the relationship with the outsourcer handles the complexity, the result is bound to its implementation, and there are many potential risks. If enterprises encounter these risks, not only will not achieve the intended purpose of outsourcing may also impose an enormous loss. Therefore, the study of human resource management outsourcing risk identification issues are of great significance.This study aimed at small and medium enterprises through human resource management outsourcing Risk Identification Study for the domestic implementation of human resource management outsourcing for small and middle-sized enterprises to provide preventive measures can be used as reference.The article first of human resource management outsourcing and risk management-related theories are discussed, on this basis, from the small and middle-sized, human resource management outsourcing realities of analysis and appraisal of the implementation of human resource management outsourcing for small and middle-sized feasibility and necessity.Second, the combination of the basic method of risk identification introduction, in accordance with the implementation of human resource management outsourcing stage, in various stages of identifying possible risks had to concentrate on; after the small and medium enterprises face further human resource management outsourcing carried out an analysis of the causes of the risk of, and gives a risk assessment methodology.Finally, the small and middle-sized in human resources management outsourcing risk prevention mechanisms, including the enterprise's own risk prevention mechanism and the joint risk prevention mechanism.
