As the pillar industry of tourism industry,hotel industry has made outstanding contributions in expanding domestic demand,stimulating citizens and stimulating economic growth.With the continuous development of economy and society,people's consumption concept is also constantly changing.In order to meet the needs of more customers,the hotel's business scope is also constantly expanding.In addition to retaining the core business of providing accommodation and catering for customers,some value-added services have also been appropriately added.As the business scope of the hotel continues to expand,the operating cost and human resource management cost of the hotel also increase accordingly.Many hotels choose human resource outsourcing,which provides a new way of thinking for the hotel to reduce the management cost and improve the market competitiveness.While SY Hotel is expanding its business,human resource outsourcing has become an important means to solve the talent shortage.This paper adopts questionnaire survey and interview method to identify and evaluate the risk of SY hotel's human resource outsourcing.According to the risk identification and analysis,reasonable countermeasures are provided for SY Hotel's HUMAN resource management.Meanwhile,in order to reduce the risk of human resource outsourcing,risk prevention measures are proposed from various stages.In the stage of outsourcing preparation,the content and objectives of outsourcing selection should be clarified and the internal communication mechanism should be improved.In the stage of choosing outsourcer,we should pay attention to collectingand summarizing all kinds of information of outsourcer and compiling the contract signed with outsourcer.The communication and coordination with the outsourcer should be frequent and the supervision of the outsourcer should be strengthened.In the outsourcing exit stage,it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the outsourcer and select the appropriate outsourcing exit strategy.Through verification and analysis,it is suggested that SY Hotel implement human resource business outsourcing,improve the efficiency of HUMAN resource management,reduce the cost of human resource management,and finally improve the operating efficiency of SY Hotel.
