In a company who runs business on projects, the resources it owns and the characteristic of projects are supposed to decide the structure of the company. Therefore the company should choose its organization structure according to its developing status.This thesis takes a new company "J&K" as studying target, and analyzes its organization structure and projects when the company in its youth. Depending on the initial situation that the type of business is simplex as well as deficiency of human resources, the company chooses Weak Matrix。However, after further development, below problems arise. The projects lack of impetus; the performance evaluation is formalistic; the communication within company is blocked; and many key staff leaves. All above result in stagnancy of company's business.To solve above problems, this thesis aims at sketching new organization structure for the company during its new status, That is "Strong Matrix". And accordingly, the thesis suggests measures as adding marketing and project departments, enriching function of human resources, improving management of staff's performance and constituting human-based system. |
