Research On Project Organizational In A Small Private High-tech Company

Nowadays, Private company plays more and more predominant role in whole economy; in fact, the most Private company companies are small scale company. Some of them are small private high-tech companies. Variable requests on products, technique coming fresh, furious competitions, all these indicates the project management skill is very important for small private high-tech companies, the fact is our small private high-tech company are weak on project management.Based on the existing project organization structure theory and the status of A company project organization structure, this thesis studies the weaknesses of project organizational in A company. For example, the project organization structure is imperfect, the coordination between the project not free. A suitable for the small private high-tech company project organization structure was put forward in the thesis. Project management department to add for the company's project management and control, and unified coordination resources for the project. The project manager's duties and authority is clear, hiring and training of professional project managers. Based on "the microwave high-temperature muffle furnace" project, the thesis design the new project organization. As a representative, it is a new idea for the small private high-tech company to build a lean and efficient project organization structure.
