In the passed 20 years, the real estate market of China experiences several passes through the market fluctuation, walks into the legalization gradually in the new century, at the meanwhile, the health of the market and the positive cycle developed, in a word, our country' s real estate market has magnificent developed. As an important region in Southwest, Yunnan Province, in its region the real estate market has dramatically prospect. At the same time, the degree of real estate industry marketability is higher than before, and the competitions are more intense as well. Facing the development opportunity and the competition threat, our province real estate enterprise are requested to be better in understanding of science, system analysis real estate market, and according to nation policy and business enterprise own actual circumstance science, system of establishment real estate market strategy, obtain good performance and society performance. In many facts, the real estate development item of market fixed position is the most important. Take a wide view currently our province property development enterprises, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, the project performance history universal existence following the crowd localization, versatile localization phenomenon. Although the enterprise consciously the real estate development item of market fixed position is the most important position, the real estate project development involved specialized, across a degree very big, special and complexity of real estate product.
