With the coming of new economic age, the flourishing nation has to give up a traditional manufacturing industry, and transfer toward the labor cost lower developing country. The Chinese manufacturing industry of"the world factory" faces the technique renewal to get stripe to change generation, these promote the requirements of the high level technical person, the competition for the talented person is increasingly vigorous. In order to adapt this environment, human resource department adopt the aggressive human resource strategy in the aspects of"choose","teach","use","stay",choosing a qualified personnel and developing, encouraging key employee. Therefore, study how to measure the human resource management, and service in business enterprise strategic target, these have important and realistic meaning.The KD company is the business enterprise management software and electronic commerce application solution supplier, and have the information-based practice experience in the manufacturing industry customer's businesses .Therefore, based on my KD the information-based work experience and human resource management evaluation business background, according to the line of "why ", "what", "how ", "the result" etc., study Human Resource Management evaluation's the information-based programming and application.The text includes as follows: Firstly, summarize the research of performance evaluation and its information-based theories for the human resources; secondly, analyze the information-based condition of the manufacturing industry human resources evaluation. Thirdly, analyze evaluation system to the human resource management evaluation, and put forward an evaluation index system of the manufacturing industry for KD Company. Again, puts forward the information-based project of evaluation of the manufacturing industry human resources Management effectiveness; Finally, introduce and analyze the example of the human resources management evaluation implement by prototype customer.
