Management philosophy is a philosophy phenomenon, which is formed and developed from the foundation of market economy and modern mass production. The research & construction of management philosophy started from the beginning of the 20th century, prospered in 80 decade, and now becomes the hot point of research on management study.The conception of " human resources " was put forward half much a century ago. It is well-known that human resources has been identified as the lacking resources of social development,which has also been proved by numerous enterprises. With more and more influence on the role increasing of Management of human resources, especially under the more apparent tendency of economic globalization, information network and currency electron melt, many questions on Management of human resources have been brought out by the changes of external environment. All these questions call for answers from the management theoretical researchers of human resources to support the needs of enterprise development. On this situation, deciphering and reviewing the thought of human resources management will be a great benefit to get into deep research and analysis to the management of human resources, which can give more beneficial guidance to the management of enterprise' human resources.The development of the management theory and the deep practice of human resources is contributing to have people survey philosophy culture from a completely new standpoint. The flourishing of human resources management lies in the practice, on which the management thought of human resources must be penetrated and get the result of the deepening of the thought of human resources management. For sure, the constitution of human resources management can not be separated by the master of its natural and social properties. However, from the standpoint of philosophy human resources management can be systematized by penetrating and improving the thought of it. Therefore, the thought of human resources management will be perfect with the development of the philosophy of human resources management.The focal point of the philosophy research of the management thought of human resources or the research of the philosophy of human resources management is vitally close to the America's review with Japanese economy's rising abruptly. From the global view, the management philosophy pattern between western enterprise and Japanese enterprise is different. Japanese enterprise emphasizes human character, spiritual function and the function of ideas and conducts, which is called the spiritual culture of human relationship and human nature.
