For the policies of reform & opening and continual economy development in China in more than twenty years, and the action that China enter into the Word Trade Organization, promoting foreign capital merge and acquire Chinese corporation to enter and occupy Chinese market, or use various resource of China to reduce their cost, but under the influence of different system and culture, the future way for foreign capital merge and acquire Chinese corporation is not smooth.
