Merger is an important means for enterprises to enlarge it’s operation scales,increase it’s strength and improve it’s efficiency in the world.However,most of the enterprises failed to achieve the desired target when finish the merger,even after the merger,the production and business operation performance plays worse than before.The most important reason leads to this result is the ignorance of the merged enterprise culture,but pays much more attention to the work of finance and business strategy.This paper studies the integration culture work after the merger of Y and A companies,which with different business scope、management mode and culture.This paper proposes a theoretical statement of the research achievements about the enterprise culture、the conflict and integration of the enterprise culture of domestic and international enterprises.Furthermore,the related theoretical foundation will be discussed.Through the deeply analyzing of the problems of the YA company after merger,we find it is the ignorance of the cultural integration that lead to the negative result of the merger.After the analyzing of the core elements of the cultural of YA company,this paper proposes four strategies of culture integration to improve the situation of YA company:“shared vision strategy"、"core value strategy"、"the rebuilding of enterprise image strategy" and "regime management strategy".And also,this paper made series measures according to the four strategies.After the implementation of these measures,the situation of YA company has been improved,they get a high level of cohesion,and acquire much more clients.And also,this paper provides reference for the research of the integration of enterprise culture.
