In the past ten years, the China telecommunication business entered in golden age gradually. Among of them , The developed speed and scale of mobile communication market making all of world person pay more attention to it. At the beginning of 90's , even the most imaginationly authorities of mobile communication , who also can't predict the repressed trend of china mobile communication market today.Firstly, thesis will researching service marketing and theory of the service quality management, this research based on the analytion of China telecommunication market characteres , also ,it must combined in China telecommunication enterprise current advantage and weakness; chapter 2 , thesis important descript and analyze the present condition of the china telecommunication market;Chapter 3, thesis important analyze the basic condition and development process of market marketing theories, and introduce some related concept, service,marketing…etc;Chapter 4, Author simplely introduce telecommunication service and some concept related to quality management;Chapter 5, Author discusse the four basic strategy that can be choiced by China telecommunication business enterprise, it is technique quality strateg,price strategy,Invisible strategy and service strategy;Chapter 6, Author try to builting up a service marketing model that based on the developing CDMA item which exclusive conducted by China Unicome.
