Environmental protection is a major topic in today’s society, flue gas emissioncontrol is one of the key environmental protection assessment project. Flue gas emissioncontrol testing equipment needed for continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS).CYA company is mainly engaged in CEMS R&D, design, production, installation,commissioning and service. Is the current domestic production of flue gas continuousmonitoring devices, one of the largest output the best economic benefits of the enterprise.In1996the company established the basic quality assurance system, through the IS09001quality system certification, the company’s management level has been greatly improved.But the company wants to be in intense competition, customer needs continuouslyimprove the environmental protection industry healthy and rapid development, only torely on the IS09001quality system certification is not enough, and the company’s qualitymanagement has many problems, seriously restricting the rapid development of thecompany, so we must improve the quality management at present, and continuouslyimprove the company’s quality management level and market competitiveness.Therefore, this paper advocates taking the market as the guidance, to meet customerdemand for the purpose of quality improvement. Customer demand for the improvementof quality, and promote the overall quality level of management, improve, promote goodoperating company, reduce the cost of manufacture and use, in order to achieve thecompany and customer win-win, so this expansion was studied. Beginning with theoverview of research background and the company, the company the quality problemsand customer satisfaction survey results carried out a detailed analysis of the currentstatus of the company quality management, puts forward the existing quality managementproblems, the urgency of quality improvement. Through the analysis of the three mainaspects of customer satisfaction: product quality, delivery reliability and quality of staff.In combination with the present situation of quality management of the company, absorband use of total quality management ideas and methods, and puts forward somecountermeasures to improve the quality of the company. Mainly includes: through thestatistical analysis of the breakdown products, find out the main influence customersatisfaction, and improving the quality reliability; improve the delivery capacity throughprocess reengineering, standardized design, improve inventory management mode;through the recruitment, to establish and improve the quality of training and trainingsystem to improve the quality of the staff. At the same time, the corresponding securitymeasures to ensure continuous improvement strategies and effective implementation ofquality policy: continuous improvement of quality management system, strengthening theconstruction of quality culture, and put forward the management, improve employeeenthusiasm and creative thought. Hope this study and put forward policy helps to improve CYA company’s qualitymanagement level, improve customer satisfaction, enhance the competitiveness of thecompany, achieve the company and customer win-win, with the sustained and rapiddevelopment of the company.
