Residents' Investments In Securities Of Deviant Behavior And Its Risk Research

Along with the rapid development of the global economy, financial markets in the past few years has also undergone a significant change, the holders of all shares rising, mutual funds, trusts and other financial intermediaries have developed rapidly, the surplus liquid assets have become more stringent reality, the residents rapid expansion of assets, the investment behavior also changed a lot, the study rational investors regardless of whether the individual families and for national economic development have important impact.First proposed in this paper on the meaning and background, and then on this study at home and abroad in recent years the theory and practice and the results were retrospectively reviewed. By the Bank of China Jiangsu branch operations of the acquisition of 400 investors, the questionnaire data are analysed, many investors's investment biases are found. Then, we built a model based on SEM , investment biases and and impact factors to investment risk are empirically tested, and address investor biases and behavioral characteristics of proposed countermeasures suggested that the final proposed in this paper.
