Internal Control: The System Of Corruption Path

This paper basing on researching enterprise internal control principle, taking the Jintan electric supply company as the example, studies system anti-corruption in enterprise's practice way.The internal control is the organization, plan, method and procedure of each kind of restriction and adjustment that implemented in organization in order to enhance the management efficiency, fully effectively gains and uses each kind of resources, achieves established management goal. Through analyzing the actuality of county electric supply company and the existent problems in the course of Jintan electric supply company anti-corruption work, this paper comparing the corrupt origin with the internal control frame, draws the conclusion that the internal control is the best way of enterprise anti-corruption. On the conclusion, applying internal control management theory and linking up with the county electric supply enterprise's characteristic, this paper elaborates the method that structures the enterprise anti-corruption system through improving corrupt control environment, assessing and controlling the corrupt risk, establishing unobstructed information and the communication system, and strengthening the interior supervise under internal control frame. Finally aiming at the actuality of county electric supply company's anti-corruption work, this paper proposes the improvement tentative plans which govern the structure of the company, and shows the prospect about the anti-corruption work in next step.
