Problems And Countermeasures Of Village-level Financial Management In Z City Under The Background Of Anti-corruption

China is a big country in the world,but also in agriculture,the development of rural economy is related to the continuous progress of our society and the vigorous development of market economy.In recent years,with the support of various government policies,the rural economy has developed rapidly.Accelerate the construction of New Countryside.In 2018,the Party and the state put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.,it has pointed out the direction for the construction of new countryside and the development of rural economy,rural financial management plays an important role in rural economic development and rural construction.At present,through the past long-term attention to village financial management and rectification effect is quite remarkable,but there are still many problems,which restrict the development of rural economy and various undertakings.With the increase of the state's investment in rural areas,farmers and agriculture and the acceleration of urbanization process,more and more rights in the hands of village cadres,corruption problems such as corruption in the lives of many village cadres and seeking personal gains through power have been growing rapidly,this not only makes the interests of farmers not guaranteed,but also reduces the prestige of the Party and the government in the hearts of the people,affecting the stable development of rural economy and society.Under the background of the new era,the CPC Central Committee represented by Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the theory of combating corruption with Chinese characteristics and advocating honesty,which is an important part of the” four comprehensive” strategic thinking and contains a series of important strategic ideas and theoretical views: Punishing Corruption with Zero Tolerance;Stick to “Tiger” and “Fly”Fighting Together;Confining the exercise of power within an institutional cage and so on.Therefore,how to prevent and control corruption of village officials,how to eliminate corruption of village financial personnel,and how to strengthen financial management atthe village level to promote social stability in rural areas have become the focus of this paper.This paper takes the current situation of financial management at the village level of Z city as an example,points out the main problems,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward targeted countermeasures for financial management at the village level:the first is to optimize the financial management environment at the village level,strengthen the anti-corruption,integrity and financial management consciousness of village cadres,and set up a high-quality financial management team so that everyone “does not want to rot ”ideologically;the second,we should grasp the risk points in the financial management work at the village level and curb corruption,promote everyone to “not rot”;Third,control activities,properly equipped with hardware,to improve financial management from the system,establish a “not easy to rot :”system;Fourth,from the aspects of supervision and information communication,financial disclosure should be ensured,and zero tolerance should be increased to make village cadres “dare not corrupt”.Through the above measures to promote village financial management to make a real contribution to China's comprehensive revitalization.
