As the global communication market is shrinking day by day and the competition has been more and more fierce currently, the problem what China Mobile(Hunan) faces is how to keep the competitive advantages in such a flinty environment.Starting with actuality of international communications in combinat -ion with current situation and experiences of China Mobile(Hunan) and integrating theoretics with figures, this issue analyses the market developing, essential competitive pattern and operations developing situation. A marketing strategy is also given in this issue, that is keeping business developing as focus, giving prominence to rural market and enhancing the development of rural market, carrying out exploring various marketing activities. Meanwhile, it analyses the network construction, including the development of wireless network,switching network, 3G network, and accordingly puts forth the developing strategy of China Mobile(Hunan) . To bring the strategy into effect, the issue hasgiven some proposals, including practicing the corporate culture and actualizing the enhancing the window-service management to improve the competitive power.On the basis of combining the history data and in-depth theoretic analysis of China Mobile(Hunan), this issue puts forth the developing strategy which significantly directs China Mobile(Hunan) how to keep the advantages in current fierce competition.
