Corporate Identity System (CIS) is the accelerator of modern corporate culture construction. It is a brand-new and important issue for domestic corporations to design a perfect CIS, set up the corporate identity which accord with the situation of China, suit the development of cooperation, and advance the corporation's competitive strength.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concept, development history, the developing situation and developing trends of both domestic and international Corporate Identity System. It analyzes the management situation and existed problem of New Cooperation Company in details, which identifies the strength, weakness, opportunity and threats. By the basic theory of Corporate Identity System, it redesigns the Mind Identity, Behavior Identity and Visual Identity of New Cooperation Company in the precondition that combining the reality of China with the advanced CI experience of developed country such as USA, Japan and etc. Secondly, it establishes the specifically Corporate Identity System of New Cooperation Company. Furthermore, it fully discusses the conformity and operation of New Cooperation Company CIS, including the preparation before the CI design , operation process of internal and external transmitting. Lastly, it analyzes and evaluates the actualizing effect of New Cooperation company CIS through two points of view such as operating costs and operation incomes, and provides some reasonable advice and methods for continual self-perfecting of New Cooperation company, and become the concrete basis for the development of New Cooperation Company to get the core competition power.
