The employee moving is always what the enterprises pays special attention to,while the loss of knowledge workers is what many enterprises find difficult to deal with. Then how to manage knowledge workers is becoming very important. As the result of the direct mental reaction of the effect factors,employee moving has close relation to the job performance. This study chooses knowledge workers of medium-small private enterprises as the subject,the purpose is to discuss the measuring dimensions of employee moving of knowledge workers and the effect factors based on psychological contract , and what important factors impact significantly on employee moving of knowledge workers. It can provide constructional guidance suggestions for the human resource management in medium-small private enterprises.An intensive literature review about psychological contract ,the effect factors and employee moving has been done. Based on the literature review, a questionnaire to find out the level of the effect factors and employee moving of knowledge workers in medium-small private enterprises has been designed and a survey has been conducted. The study targets are the the knowledge workers in 12 medium-small private enterprises.250 questionnaires were distributed, 208 respondents were involved in this study. The data was analyzed using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, T-Test, one way-ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression. And the results are as follows:1. The effect of the medium-small enterprise's knowledge workers is greater than the medium degree. The employees have a highest degree of stress on Private Factor. The test results of employee moving indicate that the whole employee moving is little below the medium degree, among which the mean of district moving is the lowest.2. Each demographic variable has partly significant difference on the whole effect factor and its aspects, and less partly significant difference on the whole employee moving and its aspects.3. As a whole, the whole effect factor is significantly positive correlated with employee moving. Employee's negative influence is increasingly bigger, the employee may come into being increasingly to be on the move. Organizational factor and private factor are positively and significantly correlated with the whole employee moving. Further come doctrine concretely, social factor,organizational factor and private factor are positively and significantly correlated with the outer employee moving. Organizational factor and private factor are positively and significantly correlated with the inner employee moving. social factor and private factor are positively and significantly correlated with the district moving.4. The Regression Model indicates that the whole effect factor has significant impact on employee moving, and can predict employee moving. Coming to each aspects, organizational factor and private factor can positively pridict the whole employee moving. The cause and effect relationship between organizational factor and the whole employee moving are the most obvious. And the organizational factor can pridict the employee moving maximally.In the end, according to the studying conclusions, giving the responding manage suggestions, including the management inovation suggestion,self-working suggestion and emotion management and so on in order to give the medium-small private enterprises responding instruction and help.
