In the corporation, there is not only a written formal economic contract between employee and corporation, but also a concealed blurry psychological contract consists in organization and employee. The psychological contract of employee is a faith system of responsibility and compulsory between employee and organization and employees each other, which affects employee's working behavior and attitude though it is an informally blurry and concealed contract and doesn't have strong sanction as general economic or legal contract. Therefore , the psychological contract of employee has become one important research of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management forms its appearance.The research's emphasis is management of knowledge workers' psychological contract, because with the coming of a knowledge economy time, the knowledge becomes the determining factor of deciding whether a country have the competitive ability. How to establish knowledge workers management system which can effectively attract, detain, train and drive them, is the key of the enterprise winning the superiority in the competition. Because the knowledge workers maintain strong personality, specialization and creativity, take the self-value realization and like to mobile and so on, it is difficult for the enterprise and knowledge workers to maintain relations only depending on the labor contract, thus to establish relations of the labor contract and the psychological contract as the dual link strategy partner has become the new tendency. On the one hand, it requests enterprise to definite regulations the duty and the benefit relations of knowledge workers and the enterprise, which based on the market laws. On the other hand, it requests the enterprise and the knowledge workers to establish the common prospect together, achieve the mutual recognition in the common prospect about core values, pay attention to knowledge workers' expectation of enterprise's psychology, in order to complete knowledge workers' independent management, causes them growing and developing together finally.This thesis first reviews the results of the research on psychological contract and knowledge workers, including the development of conceptions and manifestation of psychological contract, definition and characteristics of knowledge workers, research tendency and relevant contents. Then, require the enterprise knowledge workers' structure, affective element by question survey, including factor analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis and Contrastive analysis. Through statistical analysis, it is found that there are two aspects and three latitudes of psychological contract structure of knowledge workers, the enterprise's responsibility and the knowledge workers' responsibility. Both of them are make up of relational contract, transactional contract and member contract.Finally, according to research result of demonstration, the research proposed the knowledge workers' management which include recruit, training, salary strategy, occupation development plan, and pay attention to management system standard, humanities environment, enterprise culture, achieve fulfill high investment of psychological contract.
