With the arrival times of Economic globalization,enterprises are facing the keen competition environment,and every one is seeking for the way to survive forever.Loyal customers are the foundation of enterprises survival and development,and the source of enterprises producing value and income. They are the footstone that enterprises obtain profits and grow up continuously Therefore,since 1990s,fostering the high-quality loyal customers becomes the goal that enterprises pursued.In order to establish in an unassailable position in keen competition,enterprises must change the management idea and cultivate loyal customers.This text researched and understood the applied level of domestic and international scholar to customer loyalty management theories by checking extensively domestic and international related article.It took the X company as an example by the way of investigate the questionnaire on this foundation for understanding the level of the X company customer loyalty and Researching the relation of the influnence factor Realization customer loyalty.Finally, it put forward growing implement project of customer loyalty by combining the actual condition of the company and the customer loyalty management principle and method.Hope to be right to the X company of understanding and reasonable of the implement customer loyalty the management strategy.
