Yunnan Province, The Financial Support Of The Industrial Structure Adjustment

To maintain a sustained growth trend in Yunnan, the upgrading of industrial structure is the key factor. There are many methods and angles to make research on industrial structure, and the emphasis and innovation of this thesis is that we make systematic research on the effects of financial sector in the industrial adjustment of Yunnan.With regarding to the review and conclusion of literatures and researches in existence, the Paper begins with effect of finance on industrial structure adjustment. Analysis shows the mechanism that financial effect on industrial structure is finance influence saving and investment ,then effect on structure of capital flow, and the distribution of factor of production, then affect the structure of capital reserves, and finally affect industrial structure . That is, financial activities make a major effect in the allocation of funds, and then effect on the distribution of other factors of production. Financial sector here mainly includes two aspects: one is financial markets whose operation can influence on supply as well as demand. The financial market affect on the industrial adjusting by the credit market whose medium is commercial banks and the stock market whose medium is stock exchange. This paper compared difference of the two markets in the industrial adjusting, and the rustles shows that they are varying with the way and time scale in industrial adjusting, and vary with the risk of themselves. The other is financial policy, carried out by the government. Financial policy is divided into monetary policy and credit policy, monetary policy come into effect by the monetary path and credit path.Then, this paper made research on the relationship between industrial adjusting and financial supports during 1985 - 2006 in Yunnan Province. In this part, we looked back the progress of the evolution of industrial adjusting in Yunnan first. And then we analyzed the relationship among the total amount of financial and financial efficiency and adjusting of industrial structure by cointegration testing and vector error correction. The we got a conclusion that there is a opposite relationship between adjusting of industrial structure and total amount of financial, while financial efficiency has a positive effect on it. Although the rate of the industrial structure optimization in the long-term financial targets and have a certain relationship, but the error correction model showed that in the short-term financial role in optimizing the industrial structure is not significant. Finally from the financial markets and monetary policy to examine two aspects of industrial restructuring in Yunnan Province financial support role.. Will reflect the credit scale, the scale of capital market financing and policy-oriented financial targets and the scale of regression analysis, come to Yunnan Province, the industrial structure and a high degree of correlation credit scale, and other indicators related not linear. Based on the above analysis concluded:: Yunnan Province, the financial support of the lack of industrial restructuring. According to statistics, we can draw a conclusion that the support of finance is not enough during industrial adjusting, and then point out the main problems that exist.Basing on the above conclusions, as well as the reality in Yunnan Province, this thesis makes suggestions on the principle and some measures, which financial market and financial policy can do better in supporting the optimization of industrial structure. These suggestion include :improving the credit market and capital market support for the adjustment of industrial structure, setting up a risk investment fund loan guarantees and risk investment funds, financial policies on efforts to play the role of industrial restructuring.
