Research Of The Mechanism Of The Market-Oriented Financial Support Based On The Optimization Of The Industrial Structure

With the late overflowed effect of the financial crisis, external opportunities we face are not easy into the global system of the division of labor,expanding exports and accelerating the investment, which forces us to expand the domestic demand, improve the ability of innovation, and promote us to change economic development mode. The internal economic situation coinsists of the shifted period of the economic growth, the pain period of the structural adjustment and the digestion period of pre-stimulus policies. For this reason,we timely proposed these policies about the upgrading of the industrial structure and the transformation of the economic development mode. The adjustment,conversion and upgrading of the industrial structure is not doing ringht without the support and the collaboration of the finance. The allocation of financial resources not only takes a major impact on individual companies of market players, the running of the macroeconomy and the industrial development, but also plays a crucial role in the adjustment and the optimization of the industrial structure.Therefore, the study of the supporting mechanism of the market-oriented finance based on the optimization of the industrial structure has the important significance and the practical value for a decisively foundational role of the market and supporting the optimization of the regionally industrial structure. In this paper, it uses the support mechanism of the market-oriented finance to summarize the existing problems and deficiencies based on the describing the system theory of financially supporting mechanism. On the basis of the two-sector model of the theoretical analysis it makes the empirical analysis of the industrial structure optimization of the regional market-oriented financial support with the relevant software, and then it proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
