| With the fact that regional economies integration ceaselessly develops in recent years, the trend of regional export-oriented economy cooperation is also strengthening unceasingly。It is from this paper to probe the regional export-oriented economy cooperation model point of view, meeting with the ideas that innovative will promote social future development in the era of knowledge-based economy, analyzing the important relationship between technological innovation and regional export-oriented industrial cooperation, linking the technological innovation reality ability with potential of Ha-Da-Qi industry corridor, has brought forward the new regional export-oriented industry cooperation pattern guiding by technological innovation between Ha-Da-Qi industry corridor and Northeast Asians. The new pattern advocates that recent industry cooperation of both sides should take copying innovation as a leading factor, and take independent innovation as an auxiliary factor, and the cooperative innovation should play an important role forwardly. This is a new exploration to industry cooperation, according to the practical development of the regional situation and taking different innovational strategies, at the same time, it is also in order to provide an important foundation to Ha-Da-Qi industrial corridor in-depth development of the export-oriented economy, as well as the in-depth development of strategy that revitalizes the old industrial of Heilongjiang Province. |
