China-eu Trade Spillovers

The EU is China's largest technology source and the Sino-EU technology trade has played a great role in promoting China's economic development. Through research I think that, first of all, the spillover effect of Sino-EU technology trade not only lies inside the domain of technology: Sino-EU technology trade have effect on China's economic development, through the four channels of competition, model and imitation, contact between manufacturers and human capital flows, but also includes effects on the consumption structure of China's population, the residents' employment and income composition and human capital flows.Secondly, based on the existence of the technological gap between China and the EU, our ability to enhance the absorption and other factors, I believe that the spillover effect of the Sino-EU technology trade still has great potential;Moreover, we should further promote Sino-EU trade spillover effect by expanding the scale of Sino-EU technology trade, improving relevant mechanism, providing funds support and guiding enterprises to increase digestion and absorption of imported technology and other technical methods.
