The SUNTEK Company is a common example of System Integration and Software. It is a research of integrating theory with practice to SUNTEK for analyzing the competition strategy of IVR. And the author hoped this paper has the help to SUNTEK Company also to the similar enterprises on competition strategy.This paper applies the theories related to competition strategy. It analyzes the general environment and industrial environment for SUNTEK Telecommunication IVR Of Voice Value-added Service, and its market structure. Then, the internal condition of SUNTEK Company is analyzed herein. It describes the comparison with its principal rival, and also by SWOT analysis method, puts forward the feasible competition strategy for SUNTEK Telecommunication IVR of Voice Value-added Service based on preceding analysis of external environment and products market structure. Finally, it gives the implementation measures of the strategy.The main research achievements of this article are,The characteristics of the market are the foundation to determine the market structure. The environment of SUNTEK IVR is typical monopoly market.On the analysis basis of general environment, industrial environment and microcosmic competition environment, and penetrating analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, raised its competition strategy for SUNTEK IVR - Products differentiations strategy, Focus strategy, and Solutions strategy, System lock-in strategy. Then the industrial alliance should be adopted.This article can serve as reference for the study of the subject that how to avoid environmental threats and self disadvantages by environmental opportunities and self advantages during the development of high-tech industries and their products.This article also contains some fresh views on how to successfully execute enterprises strategy on the operation principles of modern manufacturers, including market operation, R&D, organization structure, industrial alliance.
