This paper is based on many years' practice, reform, innovation, and summing ups on human resources of the company. On logical order and discussion starting, it starts from far to near, from inheritance to innovation, from summing up the past to looking forwards to the future.Firstly, This paper has reviewed and summarized the construction of human resources strategy in the company, combined with theory and practice, following parts discusses the formation, content, and the development of human resources strategy, and its function in the company management and overall operation, where human resources strategy is strengthened as the 'sub-core competence strategic' status in the company, the next part starts with analysis of the problems during human resources operation, then a SWOT analysis, Reviewing the formulation process of human resources strategy in the company. Based on these, it discussed the main structure of the human resources strategy, the necessity and feasibility of turning human resources into human capital, and the major links in human capital operation, it also has discussed the important points in the implementation of the human resources strategy in the company.Discusses many years' innovation exploration on the human resources in the company, which is based on the scientific ,the paper further introduce stable construction of human resources strategy in the company. This is the necessary for logical exposition and is required in academic papers about academic and innovation. The paper mainly introduces innovation exploration in four aspects: 1. Step out of the misunderstanding in the traditional personnel work where there is no body, and establish a new working model for human resources where people are centered and supported. 2. Deep and cascade exploration on the great potential of human resources. 3. Discuss a new and overall incentive mechanism instead of the traditional one.The application of theory, practice summary, and innovation exploration in the human resources work in the paper provide a practical guide for the company to constantly improve and stress human resources operation, which also can be referred by other companies.
