| This paper mostly adopted the action research method, combining with quantitative research and interview method to stretch forwards the way how to improve the adaptability of new graduates in multinational companies within China.The researcher selected two research objects in well-known multinational companies as research cases, carrying out a series of intervention in working scene. And finally get positive effect on these cases.The researcher draws the following conclusions by measuring and interviews:1. A part of new graduates could not adapt to the work well in the beginning of career life.(1-6 months);2. The factors, which induce the low adaptability of graduates, are deficiency of working competence, disharmony of colleagues' relationship, heavy working pressure and so on.The researcher draws the following conclusions by intervention on objects:1. Companies could improve the low adaptability of graduates with some practical interventions;2. New Employees Buddy Program has remarkable and affirmative effects on the individuals who has limited working competency and instructions;3. Companies could distinctly enhance the new employees' performance and team work by inflecting the limitation of inosculation of new comers;4. Companies are able to improve the work satisfaction rate of new employees by more focus on work pressure of new employees and how to help them to release it. |
