In recent years,with the arrival of the era of borderless career,the traditional,stable and predictable career model has been broken,and employees must make more self-selection and self-decision in the frequent career transition,instead of continuing to rely on the organization and external arrangements.However,the reality is that most employees lack initiative and passively accept work tasks.Therefore,how to promote the proactive behavior of employees has become a difficult problem for managers.In this context,based on career construction theory,ecological balance theory and expectancy theory,the study focuses on employee's proactive behavior,career adaptability,job satisfaction and future orientation,and constructs the internal mechanism of influencing employee's proactive behavior.It mainly explores the mechanism of employee's career adaptability influencing employee's initiative behavior.This study with 478 working staff as the research object,using questionnaire we measure their career adaptability,job satisfaction,job proactive behavior and future orientation.SPSS22.0 statistical software were used to conduct statistical analysis on the data.The results show that:the regression coefficient of career adaptability to employees'initiative behavior is significant(??0.390,p<0.001),the regression coefficient of career adaptability to job satisfaction is significant(? =0.475,p<0.001),and the regression coefficient of job satisfaction to employees'initiative behavior is significant(?=0.523,p<0.05).After joining job satisfaction,the regression coefficient of career adaptability to employees'proactive behavior is significant(?=0.115,p<0.001).The interaction between future orientation and career adaptability had a significant positive predictive effect on job satisfaction(?=0,157,P<0.001).Therefore we can draw a conclusion(1)career adaptability,job satisfaction,proactive behavior and future orientation are positively correlated with each other;(2)Job satisfaction plays a mediating role between career adaptability and proactive behavior;(3)future orientation plays a moderating role between career adaptability and job satisfaction.The results show that career adaptability,job satisfaction and future orientation all have an impact on proactive behavior.This conclusion has implications for managers to promote employees to perform more proactive behaviors.If organization wants to improve its employees' proactive behavior and motivate them to work hard for the organization's goal voluntarily,it should take appropriate measures to train and help employees improve their career adaptability level,at the same time,strengthen enterprise management and construction,and improve employees' job satisfaction to the organization.This is conducive to improving employee's career adaptability and job satisfaction,promoting and stimulating employee's enthusiasm and initiative,so that employees will work more actively and bring more positive changes to the organization.
