Perfect Xx Commercial Bank Account Manager System Countermeasures

With the development of global economic and financial integration, the enormous amount of foreign financial capital enter the Chinese market. When the progressive formation of a buyer's market and the gradually intensifying competition among financial institutions, access to the relative scarcity of customer resources has become the most important factors for China's commercial banks gain competitive vantage. Client Manager System is a successful marketing strategy created by the Western commercial banks in order to expand market share and meet customer demand, which has been accepted and promotion by Global banking.As a domestic joint-stock commercial bank, the client manager system of XX bank: built on the basis of the absorption of advanced marketing ideas and the successful experiences of the Western Bank. It is still at a preliminary stage of exploration and there are some issues need to be further improved urgently in the implementation process with the actual situation of the bank.In this paper, a range of issues existed in the implementation of the client system of XX banks are analyzed from four aspects below: organizational business processes, client manager team building, incentive & restraint mechanisms and businesss boaden. Against the problems above, some specific suggestion of perfecting the client manager system for XX bank are given based on the some advanced management theory such as Marketing, BPR, staff incentives and customer relationship management and so on.The research is to perfect the Client manager system of XX bank, and to make great contributions to the bank's competitiveness. Similarly, some helpful suggestions and information are provided for the other joint-stock commercial banks in China to implement and improve their Client manager system.
