The commercial bank customer manager system was born in twentieth Century 70 in the western developed countries,commercial banks,is the financial service innovation of commercial banks,but also the direction of the development of commercial bank operation management pattern change.In twentieth Century 90 years,commercial banks operating range more widely,the client manager plays an important role in providing banking products and services to customers.After the implementation of the customer manager system in commercial banks has achieved remarkable results.The implementation of the customer manager system is conducive to improve the quality of credit assets of banks,is conducive to promoting the development and innovation of commercial banks,to satisfy the customer demand for personalized,helps to improve the working efficiency of a bank.Based on the incentive theory and principal-agent theory,this paper analysis the incentive system of company customer manager in the China construction bank D branch,summed up the main problems in compensation motivation,job motivation,spiritual motivation and other motivation of company customer manager in D branch.The optimization of the company customer manager incentive must strictly follow the basic principl of fairness,balance,scientific,validity,comprehensive,integrated,continuous,dynamic,establish the comprehensivesystem ofjob incentive based,salary incentive as the core,based on spiritual and other incentives for added.Finally by strengthening cultural construction,improve the organizational structure,strengthen job training,strengthen the negative incentives,to strengthen the construction of information technology,establish and improve the performance feedback mechanism to ensure the company customer manager incentive optimization work smoothly and fall to the ground,and efforts to improve the company's customer manager's work enthusiasm and enhance company loyalty to a bank,customer manager self-motivated.strive to improve the working enthusiasm of client manager,client manager to enhance the bank's loyalty,encourage customer manager continuously upgrade their capabilities,to actively explore the market,in order to expand commercial bank's market share,enhance market competitiveness,realize the strategic goals to promote the commercial banks.
