The CRM of bank is the weak link in the financial work of our country. For the Agricultural bank of China .Lian Yun Gang Branch, the litte percentage of customer and the low market of thing is the centralized reflection of the problem of CRM. The purpose of this paper is to research how to improve and perfectthe system of CRM under the environment of market.This paper apply the knowledge principle of management,finance, organize behavior and statistics etc, pays equal attention to the theoretical research and positivism analysis, and adopt the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on the research of problem. Firstly, through reviewing the development of domestic and international commercial bank CRM theory, according to the practices of Lian Yun Gang branch, this paper analyse the major problem of CRM .Thorough analysing, The paper points out the major problems that exist in the CRM are: the traditional service theory ,,the market fell , the absurd process , the incomplete client manager management of system. Secondly, the paper point out, in order to improve the CRM, the Agricultural bank of China .Lian Yun Gang Branch needs the optimizing principle of a business concept of customer-centered, the optimizing configuration,the symmetry informatio,the consistene supply,the information technology ,the durative transform and the optimizing way of the idea of service,the market,the operation flow, the client manager management of system. Finally,in the face of the optimizing principle and way, the paper pions out the elaborate means of seting up a business concept of customer-centered,establishing the competitive market, putting up the efficient process,developing amerit system of client manager management of system.Integration of theory with practice, the improvement measure above-mentioned has strong realistic guidance meaning for the Agricultural bank of China .Lian Yun Gang Branch to improve its CRM system, it has also reference role for other the CRM of bank.
