Management Shareholding Ratio Performance Correlation Analysis

This article mainly focuses on the correlation between the ratio of manager shares and management outstanding achievement in small listed companies. According to Morck, Mc Connel, Servaes and Kole who held the idea that the two variables have a cubic form relation, this text uses the data which is collected from Nanjing securities analytical software to identify the theory by betaking SPSS and Eviews statistic analytical software. In this article, we adopt OLS analytical method, and get the model between the ratio of manager shares and management outstanding achievement in small listed companies. At the same time, we utilize the model to analyze XX Company in order to see whether it is usable; finally we get some results and a series of countermeasures for XX Company.
