Many researchers thought the salary system of the senior manager in listed company of our country is unreasonable, and human capital of the senior manager cannot obtain compensation. Then it has various opinions about the target of senior manager's salary. Recent years, the salary of senior manager in listed company went higher and higher, but the enterprise achievement grew slower actually. The senior manager's salary has not achieved the purpose of promoting enterprise achievement. This article, profiting from the domestic and foreign related research results on the aspect of inspiration, gathering financial data, the non-financial data and the EVA data of listed company in domestic electronic vocation from 2000 to 2004, using the SPSS software, analyzing the relationship between senior manager's salary and the selected three kind of targets through the correlation analysis and the regression analysis method in domestic electronic vocation .points out the enterprise increase value in the future is the target to affect senior manager's salary. Then this article points out the senior manager's salary pattern in Chinese listed company floats in the form, has not the inspiration function, studying on salary pattern of senior manager, using factor analytic method gathers the enterprise achievements factor, through real diagnosis research on senior manager's salary promoting the company achievement .According to the above, the author proposes a new salary pattern, to inspire the senior manager effectively.
